Classic products include the "Colt .45", Colt Python, and Colt Anaconda. Since its foundation by Samuel Colt in Hartford, Connecticut, this company has provided a staple for American firearms for nearly 200 years.

To order a Colt grip from us, you will need to know what kind of gun you have and in some cases what year it was manufactured. Please refer to the following fitting matrix.

Python, Anaconda, Grizzly, & Kodiak (Post-2020)
ALTAMONT® Colt Python grips are designed to drop-in fit on the Colt Python, Anaconda, Grizzly, & Kodiak (Post-2020) models.
COLT PYTHON (1955-2005 MODELS): Due to frame variations, it may take minor fitting with a file or sandpaper to fit the grips to the older Colt Python models.
COLT ANACONDA (1990-2003 MODELS): ALTAMONT® Colt Python grips will NOT fit the older Colt Anaconda models. See the "King Cobra (1986-1998)" Section for grips for this model.

Cobra, King Cobra, & Viper (Post-2017)
ALTAMONT® Colt Cobra, King Cobra, Viper (2017) grips are designed to drop-in fit on the Colt Cobra, King Cobra, & Viper (Post-2017) Models. All calibers.
COLT KING COBRA (1986-1998 MODELS): ALTAMONT® Colt Cobra, King Cobra, Viper (2017) will NOT fit the older Colt King Cobra models. See the "King Cobra (1986-1998)" section for grips for this model.
COLT D-FRAME (1907-1995 MODELS): ALTAMONT® Colt Cobra, King Cobra, Viper (2017) will NOT fit the older Colt D-Frame models. This includes the Police Positive, Police Positive Special, Detective Special, Commando Special, Cobra, Agent, Diamondback, Police Positive MK V, Viper, and Courier models that were made before 2017. Altamont does not currently offer grips for the D-Frame.

King Cobra (1986-1998)
ALTAMONT® Colt King Cobra (1986-1998) grips are designed to drop-in fit on the older "V" Medium Frame - Colt King Cobra (1986-1998) and older Anaconda (1990-1999) Models.

Scout
ALTAMONT® Colt Scout grips are designed to drop-in fit on the Colt Scout, Frontier Scout, Frontier Scout Buntline, Peacemaker, and the New Frontier (1970's version).
ALTAMONT® also offers grips for the 1903/1908, Pocket 25, Single Action, Mustang, Government .380, and Woodsman.
Colt 1911 grips can be found under the "1911" section.
ALTAMONT® does not currently offer grips for the Colt Trooper, Colt Lawman, Colt Double Eagle, Colt D-Frame, Colt Diamondback, Colt Detective Special, Colt Police Positive, Colt New Service, or Colt New Agent.
