The Colt Python grips offered here are designed to drop-in fit on the Colt Python, Anaconda, Grizzly, & Kodiak (Post-2020) Models. Grip screw included with purchase.

COLT PYTHON (1955-2005 MODELS): Due to frame variations, it may take minor fitting with a file or sandpaper to fit the grips to the older Colt Python models.

COLT ANACONDA (1990-2003 MODELS): The grips on this page will NOT fit the older Colt Anaconda models. Click HERE to view grips for the Colt Anaconda (1990-2003 Models).

Historical Info

The Colt Python is known as the Rolls Royce of Colt's revolvers. First introduced in 1955, it comes in blued, nickel, and stainless versions. The Python's appearance is always striking with its hand polished metal, beautiful bluing and superb design. The smoothness of the hand-fitted action is still considered the best around.
