The Ruger Mark IV™ 22/45™ Lite is the polymer frame version of Ruger's popular Rimfire pistol. A simple rear-mounted takedown button and frame-mounted pivot pin makes field stripping easier than previous models. Our grips are ambidextrous and feature fingergrooves for improved ergonomics and target shooting stability.

FITTING INFO: Please note that the Mark II, Mark III, Mark III 22/45, Mark IV, and Mark IV 22/45 grips are NOT interchangeable. Please make sure which model you have before ordering. The ALTAMONT® Mark IV 22/45 grips will fit any Mark IV 22/45 or Lite model.

You can use your stock screws to install Altamont Mark IV 22/45 grips; however, you can also purchase Engraved Screws HERE on the website. These screws will only fit with Altamont grips.
